Last month AFS were honoured to take part in the Nike Training Club, Super Natural event at Westfield, White City. Dressed in high performance Nike outfits and brand new Nike Free 3.0 pink neon trainers, we joined the amazing Katy B, a team of Nike Training Club instructors and over 100 women for a workout as part of the Make It Count campaign!
This month, as part of our training regime, we will be meeting the lovely Katy B again at Altitude, London to take part in an exclusive training session with 360 degree views of London. Look out for photos soon!
